Fern 'Asparagus'

The arching and trailing stems can grow to lengths of 3–6 feet or more, creating a beautiful cascading effect.

Forms a full, dense clump approximately 2–3 feet wide.

Ideal for hanging baskets where its fronds can cascade, or in a pot with a small trellis for it to climb.

Evergreen

Features long, wiry stems densely covered with clusters of very fine, needle-like leaves, creating an extremely delicate, feathery appearance. Despite its soft look, mature stems have small, sharp thorns.

May produce tiny, white, bell-shaped flowers, followed by small berries that ripen to a dark purple or black. This plant is toxic to humans and pets if ingested.

Prefers bright, indirect light. A spot near an east-facing window or a location with filtered sunlight is ideal. Keep out of harsh, direct sun.

Easy to Moderate. Thrives in moderate to high humidity and appreciates regular misting. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Prune back yellowing or overgrown stems to encourage new growth.

Grows from a dense network of small, water-storing tubers. This makes the plant somewhat drought-tolerant but susceptible to root rot if overwatered.
