How long does shipping take?
All orders will be packed within 1–4 business days. Shipping lead times vary, but we try to keep transit times between 2–4 business days.
If I purchase multiple plants and pots, will they come in different shipments?
Yes, we source our plants from more than one nursery. It’s possible that multiple items in one order may ship in separate boxes and arrive at different times. You’ll receive an email with tracking information for all shipments.
Where do you ship?
We currently offer nationwide shipping across the United States.
I haven’t received an email confirmation of my order. What should I do?
Please reach out to us via email at info@wildgroves.com so that we can confirm your order and ensure it was placed successfully.
My plant arrived damaged or not alive. What should I do?
We guarantee our plants to arrive healthy and happy. If they don’t, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. While some stress from transit is normal, if your plant looks beyond minimal damage, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Why does my plant look different than the website?
Each live plant is unique, with natural variations in color, size, and texture. We do our best to represent them accurately, but small differences make your plant one of a kind!
Do you ship in the winter?
Yes! We ship year-round, including the colder months. During winter, we add extra insulation and heat packs to keep your plant safe and cozy during transit.
Can I request a specific plant size?
Most of our plants are listed by pot size (e.g., 4", 6", 8"). While we cannot guarantee exact dimensions, we always ship the healthiest plants available in the size you select.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
At this time, we only offer nationwide shipping. However, we’re working on expanding to local pickup and delivery in Orlando, Florida.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
Yes! You can add a personalized gift note at checkout. While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, all our plants are packaged beautifully and make thoughtful gifts.
How do I care for my new plant once it arrives?
Each order comes with basic care instructions. You can also visit our Plant Care Guide on the website for detailed tips on watering, lighting, and repotting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and smooth checkout.
