- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
- Live plant orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays in transit.
- Orders placed after Wednesday may be shipped the following week to ensure plant health.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Locations
- All orders ship free within the United States.
- No minimum purchase required.
🌿 Live Plant Shipping Policy
- All live plants are carefully packed to minimize stress during transit.
- Weather Disclaimer: Extreme heat or cold can damage live plants. During severe weather conditions, we may delay shipments to protect your order. Customers will be notified if a delay occurs.
- Please unpack your plant immediately upon arrival and follow the included care instructions.
📍 Shipping Address Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@wildgroves.com before your order is shipped.
⏱ Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
🌿 Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
- If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
❌ Non-Returnable Shipping Items
- Live plants cannot be returned via mail due to their perishable nature.
