Refund policy
At The Wild Groves, we take great care in delivering healthy, beautiful plants and quality décor to your home. Because our products are living and perishable, our policies are designed to be fair to you and to protect our small business.
Live Plants
- Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns on live plants.
- If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging at info@wildgroves.com
- If eligible, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
Pots, Planters & Accessories
- Because these items are shipped directly from our partners, we do not require returns.
- If your item arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, please email info@wildgroves.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- Eligible orders will receive a replacement or store credit.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
- All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
- For damaged items, email info@wildgroves.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
- Claims made after 48 hours cannot be honored, as plant health depends on their new environment.
Exchanges
- We do not process direct exchanges for live plants.
- For accessories, replacements are provided only in cases of damage or incorrect shipment.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued only when replacements or store credit are not possible.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

📦 Shipping Policy
- All orders ship free within the United States.
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Live plant orders are shipped early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
- Weather Disclaimer: Extreme heat or cold can damage live plants during transit. To protect your order, we may hold shipments until conditions are safe.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
