The Wild Groves is a plant & décor store dedicated to bringing greenery and style into your home.

2. Online Store Terms

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or services without our written permission.

3. Our Products

  • Live Plants: Every plant is unique. Size, shape, and color may vary slightly from photos shown online.
  • Care Responsibility: Once a plant is delivered in good condition, its health depends on how it’s cared for. We provide basic care instructions, but results may vary.
  • Availability: Some plants and products are seasonal or limited. We reserve the right to discontinue items at any time.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify.
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipping is free within the United States.
  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Live plant orders are shipped early in the week to prevent weekend delays.
  • Weather Disclaimer: Extreme temperatures may affect shipping schedules. We may hold your order until conditions are safe for plants.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Live Plants: Non-returnable due to their perishable nature. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.
  • Pots, Planters & Accessories: Since these are shipped from our partners, returns are not required. If your item arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.
  • Final Sale: Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (text, photos, logos, product descriptions, and design) belongs to The Wild Groves and may not be copied or used without permission.
