Plant Details:

Mature height

Grows into a low, bushy succulent about 12–18 inches tall.

Mature width

Forms a sprawling mound approximately 1–2 feet wide.

Spacing

Excellent as a potted plant for a sunny windowsill or in a mixed succulent arrangement.

Foliage

Features small, plump, pickle-shaped succulent leaves in a bright green. The entire surface of the leaves and stems is covered in soft, white, bristle-like hairs, giving the plant a fuzzy and sparkling appearance.

Flowering Period & Fruit

Can produce small, daisy-like flowers, typically in shades of yellow or white, that open during the sunniest part of the day in spring and summer.

Sun Tolerance

Requires bright light, including several hours of direct sunlight, to grow compactly and flower. A south or west-facing window is ideal.

Maintenance

Easy. A very low-maintenance and drought-tolerant succulent. Water thoroughly only when the soil has dried out completely. Overwatering will cause root rot.

Root System

A shallow root system that is highly susceptible to rot in wet conditions. Requires a very fast-draining potting mix, such as a cactus or succulent blend.
