This approach minimizes stress and shock, giving your new Green friends a safe and comfortable trip to your doorstep. once they arrive, they’ll be ready to thrive in their new environment!
No, not right away. Give your plant time to adjust to its new home by placing it in the area you wish to keep it for about two weeks . This allows the plant to adapt to its new light source and temperature, which will be different from the greenhouses. After this period, it’s ready to be re-potted into any pot of your choosing or you can always keep it in its original grow pot!
We guarantee our plants to arrive healthy and happy. If they should not, we will replace or refund within 7 days of your purchase. There may be signs of stress due to transfer. If the plant looks beyond minimal damage, Please reach out to us with photos and we will be happy to replace or refund.

Each live plant is unique with its own variations of color, texture and size. We do our absolute best to showcase them accurately, the plant you receive may have slight differences than the website photo. These variations make each plant one-of-a-kind!
Yes, we source our plants from more than one nursery. So, it is possible that if multiple plants are ordered they will ship in different boxes and arrive at different times. There will be tracking available on all shipments!
Yes, we ship during winter months! What would be better than receiving a vibrant thriving plant in the middle of winter! We will add extra packing measures and heat pack to keep your plants nice and cozy warm.
Because winter weather can be unpredictable, there may be times we hold an order. If this should need to happen, we will always keep you informed!
